NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

1. HOW TO ENTER:
   1. TO ENTER VIA INTERNET:
      Every person that registers to participate in College Colors Day at http://www.collegecolors.com from 12:01 a.m. (EST) on June 23, 2010 through 12:01 p.m. (EST) on September 2, 2010 will be entered to win prizes.
      ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY INTERNET TRANSMISSION AT THE SPONSOR OFFICES.
   2. FOR ALL ENTRIES:
      Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for e-mail which is lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, damaged, or misdirected. Sponsor is not responsible for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the entrant. No photocopies, facsimiles or other mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Altered, defaced, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries are ineligible. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judging organization. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant of any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. PRIZE DRAWINGS:
   Winners of prizes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning any prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted on Sponsor's behalf by an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winners must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and declaration of compliance with the Official Rules, a release of liability and, where legal, a publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity releases within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
   Two winners will each win a $500 American Express gift card
4. GENERAL RULES:
   Sweepstakes eligibility is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and who are residents of the United States as of the prize drawing date. Employees of The Collegiate Licensing Company and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and judging organizations, and each of their employees' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by mail/e-mail. No substitution, cash alternative or transfer of prize except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater approximate value. All other costs and expenses, including U.S. federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
5. CONDITIONS OF SWEEPSTAKES:
   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor, and their respective related companies, are not responsible for errors in print or electronic presentation of the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, the selection or announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prize.
6. RELEASE:
   BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS, SPONSOR, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE RELATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
   1. Sponsor is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims responsibility for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
   2. The Sponsor and each of their officers, directors, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, agents, licensees, sponsors, successors and assigns: (i) disclaim the making of any warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the prizes or any individual prize, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and (ii) are not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of a prize or from participation in this sweepstakes.
   3. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (ii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives, all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
8. DISPUTES:
   Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court located in Fulton County, Georgia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
